A newly renovated two story ladies dormitory (used to be an old apartment) is opening this June, 2008 in Sta. Cruz Poro, Naga City. Walking distance to Ateneo de Naga and University of Nueva Caceres. In every room they have shower room, toilet, kitchen, bed-side counter, hanger cubicles, mirrors, locker cabinet for every boarder, and it’s Wi-fi ready. Free wi-fi to all boarders with laptop.
It has it’s own small convenience store at the ground floor, a small mess hall, a visitor’s lounge and an internet cafe to be operational soon. The monthly rate is reasonable (with all the amenities) at PhP 1,200.00/month.
This new ladies dormitory is owned by sister & brother partner of Francia & Miguel Manumbas and being managed by Cristy Manumbas, wife of Miguel.
